Spring Cookies Notice

Last Updated: September 30, 2026

This cookies notice (“Cookies Notice”) explains how Spring IDE Ltd. and our affiliates (“Spring”, “we”, “our” or “us”) use cookies and similar technologies when you visit https://www.spring.tech/ (the “Website”), what they do, and the choices you have. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we process personal information more generally.

We may update this Cookies Notice from time to time, for example when we add or remove a tool on the Website. The “Last Updated” date at the top shows when it was last changed.

1. What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device when you visit it. They are widely used to make websites work, to remember your choices, and to provide information to the owners of the website. Similar technologies, such as pixels, tags and local storage, work in a comparable way; in this Cookies Notice we refer to all of them as “cookies”.

Cookies set by the website you are visiting are called “first-party cookies”. Cookies set by another company through that website, for example an analytics or advertising provider, are called “third-party cookies”.

2. The Cookies We Use

We use the following categories of cookies on the Website:

  • Strictly necessary. These are required for the Website to function and to remember your cookie choices. They cannot be switched off in our systems. The Website’s own code does not otherwise set cookies.
  • Analytics. These help us understand how visitors use the Website, such as which pages are visited and how visitors arrived, so we can maintain and improve it. We only use them if you accept them.
  • Marketing. These are set by our marketing and advertising partners to measure the effectiveness of our campaigns and to connect Website visits with inquiries you submit to us. We only use them if you accept them.

3. Cookies on the Website

The list below sets out the third-party tools that place cookies on the Website, the main cookies they use, and how long those cookies last. The providers may change the names or durations of their cookies from time to time.

Google Analytics (Google LLC) — analytics

  • _ga: distinguishes unique visitors. Expires after 2 years.
  • _ga_CR36Q2HW1L: keeps the state of your session on the Website. Expires after 2 years.

HubSpot (HubSpot, Inc.) — analytics and marketing

  • hubspotutk: identifies your browser, and is used to connect your visits with an inquiry you submit through our forms (for example, the Book a demo form). Expires after 6 months.
  • __hstc: tracks visits, including the first and latest visit. Expires after 6 months.
  • __hssc: keeps track of sessions. Expires after 30 minutes.
  • __hssrc: determines whether you have started a new session. Expires at the end of the session.

LinkedIn Insight Tag (LinkedIn Corporation) — marketing

  • li_sugr: helps LinkedIn identify the browser for measurement purposes. Expires after 90 days.
  • bcookie: browser identifier used by LinkedIn. Expires after 1 year.
  • lidc: used by LinkedIn for routing and data center selection. Expires after 24 hours.
  • UserMatchHistory and AnalyticsSyncHistory: used by LinkedIn to measure the performance of our advertising campaigns. Expire after 30 days.

Calendly (Calendly LLC) — strictly necessary for booking

  • When you book a demo, the scheduling window is provided by Calendly and may set cookies needed for it to work. These cookies are governed by Calendly’s own cookie and privacy policies.

4. How to Manage Cookies

When you first visit the Website, a cookie banner lets you accept or decline analytics and marketing cookies. Until you accept them, they are not placed on your device. You can change your choice at any time by clearing the cookies for the Website in your browser, after which the banner will appear again.

You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Please note that if you block all cookies, some parts of the Website, such as the demo booking, may not work as intended. In addition:

  • You can prevent Google Analytics from using your data by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, available here.
  • You can manage LinkedIn’s use of your data for advertising in your LinkedIn ad settings, available here.
  • You can read more about how HubSpot uses cookies here.
